According to Wccftech, which first spotted the problem, the driver triggers white or black screen flickers and other short bursts of color corruption. These anomalies reportedly appear in specific games like The Last of Us and Minecraft, as well as on the Windows desktop, in web browsers, and during YouTube playback. The widespread nature of the reports, many from Reddit, suggests the bug is not limited to one configuration.

The issue apparently extends across a wide range of hardware, affecting modern Nvidia graphics cards back to the RTX 2000 series. This breadth makes it a particularly frustrating problem for gamers who have come to expect a certain level of stability from mainstream drivers.
